Cheesey Chicken
1x 6oz Chicken, 1oz White Stilton or 1oz of half fat cheddar or 1oz of low fat soft cheese, Cherry tomatoes, 5oz new potatoes and some Fry Light™.
Makes 1 serving, 400 Calories
Preheat oven to 180c/Gas mark 4
Make a small pocket in the chicken, stuff the cheese then close with a cocktail stick. Spray the chicken with a little fry light, place on a baking tray and cook for 25-30 minutes
, add the cherry tomatoes for the last 5 mins of cooking. Serve with the new potatoes and vegetable of your choice. Why not try
