Chinese Chicken

4oz Chiecken Fillet, 1tsp Oil, 5oz Cooked Rice, Knorr Chinese Marinade Powder (in a tall red tub that looks like golden breadcrumbs), beanshoots, spring onions, mushrooms, cougettes, grated carrot and baby sweetcorn, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 1 serving, 400 calories

Cut the chicken fillet into strips and marinate the strips in teh Chinese powder overnight. Heat the oil in a non stick pan and add the chicken and cook, then remove and add the veg and soy sauce to stuir fry, once cooked add the chicken and rice.
